The Gold Standard was developed in 2003 by the WWF and other international non-governmental organizations to ensure that climate change projects effectively meet the calculated CO2 emissions and that additional development criteria are strictly adhered to. UN accredited organizations certify gold standard projects. In 2016 and 2017, we offset our CO2 emissions through the Togo Project.
