Chocolate almonds

Ingredients (for four portions)

100 g slivered almonds
150 g coating (dairy milk, smooth dark or white – e.g. 1895 “Baking and cooking chocolate“)


  1. Toast the almond slivers in a pan until they are golden brown, and leave to cool.
  2. Melt the coating in a water bath and mix in the almonds.
  3. Shape the mixture into small mounds, put it on a baking tray and leave it to get hard.
