Chocolate Cornflake Cakes
200 g Weinrich dairy milk coating*
60 g cornflakes
60 g flaked almonds or almond slivers
*= Alternatively Weinrich smooth dark coating or white chocolate coating.
- Place the almonds and cornflakes in a bowl
- Melt the Weinrich dairy milk coating in a water bath according to the instructions on the packet. Whilst it is still runny, pour it over the cornflakes and almonds. Mix all the ingredients together until they are evenly distributed.
- Using two small spoons, place the mixture in small heaps on baking paper.
- Leave for around two hours until cool and solid.
