Ingredients (for 24 muffins)
200 g butter or margarine
220 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
500 g flour
2 packets baking powder
4 dessertspoons milk
grated chocolate according to taste
(e.g. 1985 “Milk 32%“, 1895 “Dark 70%“ or 1895 “White 27%“)
- Mix all the ingredients together. Then add a small amount of milk (ca. 4 -5 dessertspoons) and mix everything together until the sponge mixture is light and fluffy.
- Place paper cups in the muffin baking tray and fill them half way up with the mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the muffins for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Allow the muffins to cool down and decorate them as you wish
